HSBC had realised that the obstacle of improving their premier customer journey is from their staff members’ different skill and experience dealing with this type of customers. In order to help their staff to improve the skills and confidence, they have created a series tools to achieve so. The tools can help their employees of different levels to deliver the same Premier service anywhere in the UK.
